Within the past 12 years I was creating impactful HR functions and driving team success in various organizations. My journey in the People department led me to explore innovative solutions that go beyond common HR methods.
As a neurocoach I combine neuroscience principles with training techniques to tackle the real challenges organizations face today: decision-making paralysis, lack of ownership, and communication breakdowns as well as burnout and quiet quitting.
